To make the paste of tomato,ginger,greenchilli.
Wash and cut the sarso Saag
Heat a pan add oil,add cuminseeds&asafoeitida crackle 1 mints.
Add chopped onion cook till its becomes soften.
Add sarso ka saag.C ook nicely.Off the flame.In the meantime heat oil add 1 tbsp Makki ki atta stir to remove the aroma.
Griend the sarso ka saag to make a paste.
Heat a pan add 1tsp butter ,add tomato puree cook nicely.
Than add sarso.saag ki paste ,&roasted makki aata mix well.
Cook nicely to add turmeric& garammasala.Cook another 2 minuits.
Off the gas garnishing with butter&greencorriander leaves with makki ki roti.
