  • 2bunch sarso ka saag


  • 1tsp cuminseeds


  • 1pinch Asafoeitida


  • 1/2tsp turmericpowder


  • 1tsp salt


  • 2greenchilli


  • 1tsp garammasala powder


  • 1tbsp butter


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1"ginger


  • 5-6garlic clove


  • 1chopped onion


  • 1tbsp makei ka aata


  • 1chopped.tomato

Directions

  • To make the paste of tomato,ginger,greenchilli.
  • Wash and cut the sarso Saag
  • Heat a pan add oil,add cuminseeds&asafoeitida crackle 1 mints.
  • Add chopped onion cook till its becomes soften.
  • Add sarso ka saag.C ook nicely.Off the flame.In the meantime heat oil add 1 tbsp Makki ki atta stir to remove the aroma.
  • Griend the sarso ka saag to make a paste.
  • Heat a pan add 1tsp butter ,add tomato puree cook nicely.
  • Than add sarso.saag ki paste ,&roasted makki aata mix well.
  • Cook nicely to add turmeric& garammasala.Cook another 2 minuits.
  • Off the gas garnishing with butter&greencorriander leaves with makki ki roti.
