Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 cup fenugreek Leaves


  • 1 cup green peas


  • 4 tomatoes


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 cup fresh cream


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Make a paste with tomato and green chillis.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds and asafotida.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of water and add fenugreek leaves. Boil untill the cooked completely.
  • Now check if there is any water dry it.
  • Add salt and mix well. Turn off the gas.
  • Now add cream and mix well.
  • Methi matar malayi is ready to serve.
