Soak the chickpeas for 8 hours.
Add chhole and baking soda in pressure cooker abd cook for.2 whistle.
Grind Tomatoes And green chillis.
Heat oil in a pan.
Crackle cumin seeds, asafotida, Turmeric powder. Ads tomato paste roast well.
Now add chhole, salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Now add fenugreek leaves and boil for another 5 minutes with cover lid.
Turn off the gas and serve hot with rice.
