Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 500 gram spinach


  • 2 Potatoes


  • 2 Onion


  • 4-5 green chillis


  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafotida


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 400 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • Cut out the steams and finely chop the spinach. wash it properly.
  • Finely chopped the potatoes, onion and green chillis.
  • In a big bowl add spinach, onion, potatoes, green chillis, gram flour and all the spices.
  • Mix well. Don't add water.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Now pick a small Portion and drop in oil.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Take out and serve hot with chutney.
