Cut out the steams and finely chop the spinach. wash it properly.
Finely chopped the potatoes, onion and green chillis.
In a big bowl add spinach, onion, potatoes, green chillis, gram flour and all the spices.
Mix well. Don't add water.
Heat oil for frying.
Now pick a small Portion and drop in oil.
Fry till golden brown.
Take out and serve hot with chutney.
