Firstly cut out the stems of spinach and wash the Spinach leaves.
Boil 2 glass of water and add spinach and green chillis. Keep for 2 minutes. Now immediately transfer the spinach leaves in cold water.
Now make a paste with spinach and green chillis.
In a pan heat oil and crackle jeera, asafotida and turmeric powder.
Now add spinach paste and saute for 1 minute.
Now add salt and Paneer cubes.
Add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes with covered lid.
Turn off the gas and serve hot.
