Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1/2 kg bhindi

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1.5 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder

  • 1 teaspoon chat masala

  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder

  • 10 table spoon oil for frying

  • 1 tea spoon rice flour

  • 1.5 teaspoon besan

Directions

    Cut lady finger in two slits

  • 02

    Add all spices rice flour and besan

  • 03

    Mix it well and kee for 5-10 minutes

  • 04

    Fry in oil

  • 05

    Crispy bhindi ready to eat
