Ingredients

  • 250 gram fresh bunches of fenugreek leaves


  • 1small bowl wheat flour


  • 1/2 bowl gram flour


  • 1/2 bowl jwar flour


  • 1tsp carom seeds


  • 1/4tsp asafotida


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tbs salt (as needed)


  • 1/2 glass water (as needed )


  • 300 gram refined oil


  • 1tbs finaly chopped green chilli


  • 1and half tbs grated ginger

Directions

  • Firstly take a fenugreek leaves remove her stem and properly clean and wash it then chopp in to finaly now in a mixing bowl add given all ingredients ,2tbs oil and mix it well with hand now add little by little water knead it make a stuff dough now rest for 10 min now take a small portion of the dough make a ball shape then roll it puri shape now drop in hot oil and deep frying until it becomes crispy and golden nice brown colour on medium flame
