Firstly take a spenich properly clean and wash it now blanch it high flame for 5 min now let's cool down then add in a blender jar now blend it make a fine paste now heat the wok with oil then add asafotida then add garlic stir it becomes golden nice brown colour then add ginger, green chili, red chilli crinkle it then add prepared paste mix it well on lower flame now add salt to taste, as required water mix it properly now cover and cook for 1o min stiring during intervals time then open the lid and add grated cheese and peas mix it nicely now again cover and cook for 5 min on lower flame last garnish with some fresh creem
