Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 8 loaves fresh bread


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)


  • 30 gm grated cheese


  • 1/2 Cup Boiled sweetcorn


  • 30-35 spinach leaves,blanched and cut


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp oil to apply on sandwiches


  • 1/2 Cup milk

Directions

  • Boil corn and keep in a bowl.In a pan heat 2 tbsp butter,add maida and Saute it on low flame till it turns golden brown.
  • Now add milk and keep stirring till the mixture mixes well.
  • Now add Boiled corn and blanched and chopped spinach.Mix well.
  • Add grated cheese,salt ,black pepper powder and stirr well to mix till the mixture becomes thick.
  • Mixture is ready.Transfer it into a bowl.
  • When the mixture cools,spread it on bread loaves evenly.
  • Keep other bread loaves .Apply butter on it and Roast sandwiches on greased tawa till golden brownApply butter on other side and flip.roast till golden brown.
  • Sandwiches are ready.
  • Cut each sandwich into equal halves and serve hot with grated carrot,grated beet,grated cabbage.
