  • Sesema seeds 250g


  • Dates Seedless 150g


  • Cardamom 2 pieces

Directions

  • Roast sesema seeds for 5 mins and cool for 5 mins
  • Chop dates in to small pieces
  • Add roasted sesema seeds, cadamom and dates into mixie jar, grind coarsely
  • Put it in a plate and make ladoo
  • Store it for 1 month
