  • Sesema seeds 250g

  • Dates Seedless 150g

  • Cardamom 2 pieces

Directions

    Roast sesema seeds for 5 mins and cool for 5 mins

  • 02

    Chop dates in to small pieces

  • 03

    Add roasted sesema seeds, cadamom and dates into mixie jar, grind coarsely

  • 04

    Put it in a plate and make ladoo

  • 05

    Store it for 1 month
