Blanch the palak.
Griend the palak with greenchilli,salt &1tsp lemon juice
Boild the chhole.
Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil , put cuminseeds crackle it.
Than add chopped garlic clove sauted it,than add chopped onion.
Onion sauted till it's becomes golden Brown.
Than add palak puree stir 1 mints.
Add boild chhole &greenchilli,ginger paste.cooked nicely.
Than add lemon juice &salt mix it well &cover it 30 seconds.
Palak chhole is ready yo serve.
Serve with garnishing ginger slice.
