Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1-2 handful of fresh Spinach leaves


  • 1 Cup chopped ripe banana


  • 1/2 -1 Cup chopped apple


  • 2 tbsp flax seeds


  • 2 tbsp Raw almonds


  • 2-3 deseeded dates


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 1/2' ginger


  • 1/1 Cup fresh coconut milk (or coconut water or plain water)


  • 1/2-1 tsp boost Ashwagandha (or triphala or shatavari_ optional)

Directions

  • Clean,Wash fresh green Spinach leaves
  • In a mixi jar add Coconut milk/or Coconut water/or Plain water.Add Spinach leaves.
  • Now add rest of the Ingredients that is banana,apple,Dates,boost,flax seeds,Almonds,Ginger
  • At last add lemon juice and blend the mixture into fine Smoothie.
  • Transfer it in a serving glass and Serve fresh because fresh is best.1 serving =500 ml.It gives 300-400 calories.
