Ingredients

  • 1bunch bathua


  • 1bunch spinach


  • 1"ginger


  • 1tsp cuminseeds


  • 2greenchilli


  • 3tbsp oil


  • 1tsp salt or to taste salt


  • 500gm wheatflour 1/4tsp asafoeitida

Directions

  • Wash &cut the spinach&bathua.
  • Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil ,add cuminseeds,asafoeitida,ginger&greenchilli sauted 1 mints.
  • Add chopped.bathua&Spinach sauted till it's becomes nicely cook.Off the flame.Cool it.
  • To make the paste of sauted saag.
  • Take a bowl add wheatflour,salt,bathua paste &1tbsp oil crumble nicely.Add water &makes a thepla dough.
  • Rest it 20 mints.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Take ball roll it with the help of a rolling pins.Like a big roti shape.
  • Heat a tava put the thepla cook nicely than flip it to cook other side.
  • Add little oil &cook the both side.
  • Bathua thepla is ready to serve.Serve with any type of raita.
