2 egg
1 finally chopped onion
1 finally chopped green chilli
2 tbs finally chopped green coriander leaves
1tsp ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp butter
1tbs oil
1/2 salt (as needed)
1 bread slices
Directions
In a mixing bowl add egg, onion, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves ,salt as pr taste mix it well keep it a side now take a bread slices then light shallow fry it again heat the pan with oil then pour the ovar prepared egg mixture now spread it evenly now sprinkle some black pepper powder then cook until 5 min on lower now keep it on bread slices now fold it all sided now remove the plate and garnish with some mayonnaise
