Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 5-6 boiled potatoes


  • 3 tomatoes


  • 3 green chillies


  • 2 tea spoon postu


  • 10-15 cashews


  • 1 table spoon ghee or butter


  • 1 tea spoon jeera


  • 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder


  • 2 lemon juice


  • 1.5 tea spoon red chilli powder


  • 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tea spoon kalonji


  • 1 tea spoon hing


  • 1 chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Boil and peel potatoes
  • Soak postu and kaju
  • Make puree of tomatoes onion green chillies postu and kaju
  • Cut potatoes into four parts
  • Take kadai put oil or butter put jeera kalonji hing and put potatoes and fry bit
  • Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chili powder and mix well
  • Add puree and mix well
  • Mix well add little water mix well and cover for 2-3 minutes
  • Alu postu ready to serve with puri rice and parantha garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
