Boil and peel potatoes

Make puree of tomatoes onion green chillies postu and kaju
Cut potatoes into four parts
Take kadai put oil or butter put jeera kalonji hing and put potatoes and fry bit
Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chili powder and mix well
Add puree and mix well
Mix well add little water mix well and cover for 2-3 minutes
Alu postu ready to serve with puri rice and parantha garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
