Heat a wok add oil ,add sugar crackle.
Add whole garam masala,bay leaf,redchilli&cuminseeds sauted 1 mits.
To make a paste of Poppyseeds,coconut,&cashew
To make a paste of blanch palak,ginger&greenchilli.
Now add the cashew paste on oil sauted till it's cook nicely.
Than add pslak paste ,sauted 2 mints.
Add sweet corn &2 cup water cook till its becomes soften.
Now add paneer ,coconut milk mix it well.Cover it &cook another 2 mints.
Lastly add garam masala &ghee.Off the gas.
Serve with rice or roti or capati or puri ,paratha.
