In a bowl. Take 1 cup curd and 1 cup rava
Add grated carrot, chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilly paste, red chilly powder, black pepper and salt.
Mix well
For tempering
In a Kadai. Heat oil. Once the oil is hot. Add few curry leaves and mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Pour in a batter and mix well.
Heat oil in paniyaram mould. Once the oil is hot. Add 3/4 rava batter in a mould. Cover and cook for five minutes. After five minutes take out the cover and flip the paniyaram .
Cook till rava paniyaram turns brown in color.
Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready.....to serve....with coconut chutney
