  • 1 Cup rava

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tsp green chilly, ginger and garlic paste

  • 1 branch of fresh coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 Medium size carrot ( grated )


  • In a bowl. Take 1 cup curd and 1 cup rava
  • Add grated carrot, chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilly paste, red chilly powder, black pepper and salt.
  • Mix well
  • For tempering In a Kadai. Heat oil. Once the oil is hot. Add few curry leaves and mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Pour in a batter and mix well.
  • Heat oil in paniyaram mould. Once the oil is hot. Add 3/4 rava batter in a mould. Cover and cook for five minutes. After five minutes take out the cover and flip the paniyaram .
  • Cook till rava paniyaram turns brown in color.
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready.....to serve....with coconut chutney
