Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 lb saag


  • 1 package spinach


  • 2 green chili


  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic


  • 5 to 6 diced estimated ginger


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder


  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder


  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder


  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder


  • 1 big onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 6 to 7 diced mushrooms


  • 1 tablespoon makki ka atta

Directions

  • First put saag and spinach and green chilli
  • Add some water and have 3 to 4 whistles
  • Now on the other hand take a pan add some oil and saute onions
  • Now after make them brown add tomato with all the spices together
  • Stir the masala and add mushrooms
  • Let it keep.
  • Now blend the boiled saag and add makki ka atta
  • Now boil the mixture for 7 to 8 minutes at very low flame
  • Now add tadka and again boil for 4 to 5 minutes
