  • 2liter- milk

  • 200 grm-milkmaid

  • 5tablespoon- sugar

  • 1tablespoon- samoline

  • 1tablespoon- all purpose flour

  • 2table spoon- lemon juice

  • 3table spoon- finely chopped dry fruits fried in ghee

  • 5table spoon- ghee

  • 1/8 spoon-saffron


  • First by using lemon juice make paneer from 1 lit of milk,let it come to room temperature.
  • Boil another 1 lit if milk for making kheer,add milkmaid nd 2tablespoon of sugar in it.keep it boil untill it becomes 1/3 of it's volume
  • Now smash the paneer,and add semoline,flour,sugar in it,make a smooth dough from it and make small balls from it.flatten the balls and fry them in low flame till it becomes brown in colour
  • Now add these fried balls in kheer and boil for 5mins.
  • Decorate them with fried dry fruits.serve them hot or after keeping for few minutes in refrigerator.
