Ingredients

2liter- milk
200 grm-milkmaid
5tablespoon- sugar
1tablespoon- samoline
1tablespoon- all purpose flour
2table spoon- lemon juice
3table spoon- finely chopped dry fruits fried in ghee
5table spoon- ghee
1/8 spoon-saffron
Directions
First by using lemon juice make paneer from 1 lit of milk,let it come to room temperature.
Boil another 1 lit if milk for making kheer,add milkmaid nd 2tablespoon of sugar in it.keep it boil untill it becomes 1/3 of it's volume
Now smash the paneer,and add semoline,flour,sugar in it,make a smooth dough from it and make small balls from it.flatten the balls and fry them in low flame till it becomes brown in colour
Now add these fried balls in kheer and boil for 5mins.
Decorate them with fried dry fruits.serve them hot or after keeping for few minutes in refrigerator.
