Now take a thick bottomed pan then add milk now turn on the flame when milk comes to a boil then add lemon juice add the lemon juice till the milk curdles drain the curdle milk using a muslin cloth now wash with water immediately then squeeze excess remove water from the chena now take the chena in a plate and add sugar powder, green cardamom pwd, saffron mix milk,grated paneer,cornflour mash the chena with your hand for 10 min to make a soft and smooth this is an important step to make sure the sandesh are soft now heat the nonstick frying pan then add prepared mixture now satue it becomes take a hold shape on lower to medium flame now reduce the flame let's cool it down then take a spoonful mixture then make a ball shape then put on some pistachios and lightly press it it's ready to serve it
