1.Heat the kadai and pour oil in it and fry onions until it gets golden brown.
2.Add the carrots and shredded cabbage with the onions and add salt to it.Fry for 2 minutes.Off the stove and sprinkle some coriander leaves and keep aside.
3.Heat the Dosa pan and pour dosa batter on it. Apply the onion mixture on the dosa and cover it with a lid.
4.After it becomes crispy,roll,cut it and enjoy!
