  • Idli rice - 1 cup Urad dal - 1/4 cup Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp Salt - as needed Mango pulp - 1 cup Sugar or honey - 2 tsp

Directions

  • 1.Soak idli rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds for 3 hours. 2.Mix well in the mixer grinder. 3.Add salt and keep aside 4 hours. 4.Mix mango pulp and sugar. 5.Pour the batter in the idli maker and steam it. Notes Dip it with honey or with sweet coconut milk.
