Ingredients

  • Maggie instant noodles packs 2


  • Finely chopped Capsicum 1


  • Finely chopped carrot 1


  • Finely chopped onion 1


  • Green peas 1/2 Cup


  • Firmly chopped cabbage 1 Cup


  • Corn starch 1 Cup as needed


  • Mozerella Cheese cubes 10-12

Directions

  • This one is my innovative dish , first time i tried and it came out so so perfect that everyone appreciated it . My kids loved Maggie cheese balls ,now every alternate day i cook for them . The reason for this, Maggie is Loved by all and i added Healhty colourful Veggies to it which are rich in vitamins and minerals with cheesy yum stuffing which is rich source of calcium and protein ...good for growing kids . let's have a look at it's recipe
  • Cook maggie as usual and remove excess water and add masala maker (given with Maggi)
  • Make cheese cube , and slurry of 2 tablespoons of cornflour with 1/2 Cup water...keep some dry Maggie also to coat .
  • Take finely chopped Veggies of your choice
  • Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour to Veggies
  • Add cooked Meggie also to Veggies mixture
  • Now take sufficient amount of this mixture, Prepare a pit in centre and put cheese cube and close it and seal from all sides.
  • Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown and crisp
  • Ready to serve
  • Serve hot with your favourite dip , Chutney and tomato sauce
