First for nachos mix all the ingredients of nachos.
Using some water knead it tight.
Roll it and cut in triangles.
Fry these nachos in medium hot oil.
Heat a wok,add clarified butter.
Rinse soya nuggets properly.
Fry Soya nuggets in clarified butter.
Add almond and cashew.
if you are using turmeric then add this time.
Now put parboiled rice in it, add black pepper powder and salt.
Mix tomato sauce, chilli sauce,vinegar and soya sauce if you using it.
Take a plate have some nachos and put soya navratan fried rice over it.
