Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 tbsp coffee powder

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 and 1/4 cup fresh cream

  • 2 cup milk

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp vanilla custard powder

  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp agar agar powder

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 bowl chopped fruits

  • 1/4 cup dry berries and cherries

Directions

    First of all, mix coffee powder in hot water

  • 02

    In a pan, add butter scotch sauce, sugar, condensed milk, half a solution of coffee (save a little to top) and mix well.

    In a separate mixing bowl, whisk well by adding cream, milk, custard powder, agar powder, corn floor

    Now put all the ingredients in a deep pan, mix it well and keep stirring on a low flame till it thickens.

    When the mixture becomes thick, then put it in a pound cake pan and after it cools, cover the top with foil and keep it in the fridge to freeze overnight.

    When the mixture is set, remove it from the fridge and put the remaining coffee solution on top and flip it out in a plate.

    Serve coldly garnished with freshly chopped fruits and berries and cherries.
