All purpose flour (maida) 1 cups
baking soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 2 tbsp
medium sized ripe bananas 2 nos
oil 1 cups
brown sugar 1/2 cups
vanilla extract 1 tsp
Firstly Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.
Grease the cake mould with oil.
mix the flax seed powder with water and keep aside for a few minutes till it becomes gelatinous.
sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda.
Peel and mash the bananas to get a smooth puree.
Add all the ingredients to the seived flour and mix well.
Pour the cake mixture to the mould and bake at 180 degree celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
Eggless banana chocolate cake is READY
