Ingredients

Serves 15

  • 1 cup rava

  • 2 tbsp grated beetroot

  • 1/4 cup curd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp oil for greasing

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients in rava except soda and make a thick batter for five minutes

  • 02

    After five minutes check the consistency add water if needed

  • 03

    Add soda and mix it

  • 04

    Heat appam pan and grease it and pour batter in it and cook it covered for 5-7 minutes

  • 05

    Serve it with coriander chutney and peanut chutney
