Whole wheat flour 1 cups
Eggs white 4 nos
Jaggery 1/2 cups
Dates 1/2 cups
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1/3 cups
Directions
Take a bowl add eggs white and oil. Batter it well.
Add others ingredients mixed it well.
Take a cake mould bowl.
Grease it well.
Add cake batter.
Keep it in cooker without whistle with low flame for 16 minutes.
Remove it.
Take a plate turn over it .
