    Take Coriander leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger in a blender and make into a smooth paste.

    Heat oil in a Pan

    Add cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves.

    Add sliced onions and cook till it turns light golden.

  • 05

    Now add the ground masala and mix well.

    Add tomatoes and saute till oil separates.

    Add in chilli powder, salt, turmeric and garam masala powder.

  • 08

    Add in curd, vegetables and mix well. Cook for 5 min.

    Add soaked drained rice and toss well in the masala.

    Add in water and milk. Mix well and bring it to a boil.

  • 11

    Cover with a lid, simmer for 20 to 25 mins till the rice is done. Now turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 mins.
