  • 3 small sized potato, boiled and peeled 1/2 onion, finely chopped to taste salt 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 3 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp chaat masala 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 2 tsp green chutney 4,6 bread slices 2 tsp tomato sauce


  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes. also add in chopped onions.. also add chilli powder, chaat masala, mixed herbs and salt. mix and mash the potatoes well.    
  • Now take bread slices and spread tomato sauce. spread the generous amount of prepared potato stuffing. cover with the other bread slice and press gently. then toast on tawa adding some butter. spread butter on both the outer sides of bread to make sandwich more crispy and golden.
  • now cut the bread into half and serve. finally, serve hot with tomato ketchup or pack for kids lunch box.
