Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 low carb tortillas


  • 1 egg


  • 1 can tuna in water


  • 1/2 onion chopped finely


  • 2 sweet mini peppers (or 1 colored capsicum) diced finely


  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  • 1/2 tsp dried dill


  • 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper powder


  • 2 heaped tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 small seedless cucumber, diced finely

Directions

  • Boil egg, cool and crumble it.
  • Combine tuna with all ingredients including the egg (except tortillas). Mix well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Warm tortillas on tawa/griddle or in microwave for 20 seconds.
  • Spread the tuna mixture on the tortilla without overflowing it.
  • Roll it in a tight log. Cut the ends of tortillas and make equal sized pinwheels.
