Boil egg, cool and crumble it.
Combine tuna with all ingredients including the egg (except tortillas). Mix well.
Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.
Warm tortillas on tawa/griddle or in microwave for 20 seconds.
Spread the tuna mixture on the tortilla without overflowing it.
Roll it in a tight log. Cut the ends of tortillas and make equal sized pinwheels.
