Add flour and all the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well and knead the dough well. Leave it in an oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth for nearly 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, punch it down and gather it altogether to roll out a medium sized base.
Spread some oil on a non stick tawa and cook this base on both the sides on a low heat with a lid on.
This is important to ensure even cooking of the base since this is an instant Pizza on the stove top.
After done on both the sides, apply Pizza sauce generously at first. Add both the Cheese and place sliced onions on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and some red chilli flakes according to your taste.
Cover and cook just until the cheese melts and serve right away from the pan to the plate. Enjoy!
