Ingredients
Serves 3
Macaroni pasta- 1 cup
Water-1 glass or as required for boiling
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt- 1tbsp
Vinegar or lemon juice- 1tsp
Cumin seed -1 tsp
Garlic chopped - 5 to 6 cloves
Ginger chopped - 1-inch piece
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1nos
Tomato chopped - 1nos
Green capsicum sliced - 1 nos
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Salt -1/4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Roasted and crushed kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Homemade mayonnaise - 1 bowl or half cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp for garnishing
Directions
In a pan add water, salt, oil and vinegar boil it. Add pasta and till pasta is soft. When it's done take out in a bowl.
In a pan add oil when oil is heating add cumin seed, chopped ginger and chopped garlic. Add curry leaves fry for 2 min. Add chopped onion fry for 2 min. Add chopped tomato and sliced capsicum fry for 2 min. Add salt and red chilly powder and fry for 2 min.
Now add tomato ketchup mix well. Now add pasta mix very well . Sprinkle the black pepper pwdr on it . Now add kasuri methi mix very well. At last add mayonnaise mix well cook for 5 min then switch off the gas. Serve delicious pasta garnish with coriander leaves.
