Grind the soaked Moong dal into a fine paste by adding green chilli, salt , ginger paste and garlic paste.
Transfer this better into a bowl and see the consistency if required then add more water.
The batter should be neither thick nor runny.
Now take non stick Tawa and brush it with oil.
Now pour one scoop of the batter on it and start spreading towards outer with the spoon.
Medium the flame of the gas.
When starts getting brown from the bottom then flip it.
It should be little bit soft , not very much crisp.
Now when gets cook from both the side then transfer it to the plate.
Likewise make all the cheelas.
Now cut these cheelas into long stripes like noodles.
After that take a pan and heat it by adding oil.
Now add sliced onion and saute for 1 minute.
After that add all the three bell peppers and saute it.
Stirr continuously so. that it does not get burnt
Then add Cheela stripes to it.
Then add black salt,oregano, black pepper, chilli sauce , vinegar and tomato ketchup to it.
Mix it properly.
Now here our healthy version of noodles for the kids are ready to serve.
I am sure kids will love to eat this moong dal cheela noodles.
