Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For preparing pancake batter:-


  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder


  • 2 tbsp honey/powder sugar


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/4 cup milk


  • 1 tsp vanila essence


  • 1 mashed banana


  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips


  • 1 tbsp oil for greasing pan


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • For serving:-


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1 banana sliced


  • 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a big bowl sift whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder and salt and mix everything well.
  • In another bowl add milk,vanilla essence,honey and mashed banana and mix everything together.
  • Now add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.    
  • Make sure your batter is lump free.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chocolate chips to pancake batter and agian give a quick mix.
  • Lower the flame,grease pan with little oil.    
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot pan,spread batter little with laddle and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the bottom and sides have firmed up flip the pancake.
  • Cook again for 2-3 minutes,once done remove from the pan.    
  • Same way prepare all the pancakes.    
  • Serve pancake with sliced banana, chocolate chips and drizzle some honey on top.
