Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 25-30 big size marshmallow


  • 200 gm chopped dark chocolate


  • 50 gm chopped white chocolate


  • As required wooden skewer/lolipop


  • 1/4 cup colored sprinkles


  • 1 no.piping bag/ziploc bag

Directions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep aside to be used later.
  • Arrange 3-4 marshmallows on a skewer,pushing them up against each other to avoid gaps.    
  • Ready all the sticks same way and keep aside.    
  • Take a microwave safe bowl add dark chopped chocolate in a bowl.    
  • Turn your microwave setting to lowest temperature(in my 100*c is the lowest temperature.Set temperature accordingly)    
  • Add 200 gm chopped dark chocolate in the microwave safe bowl(I prefer to use glass bowl in microwave).    
  • Place bowl inside the microwave and heat chocolate for 30 seconds.    
  • Check the chocolate, give it a stir and then microwaved again for 10 seconds more.     
  • Stir and then microwaved chocolate for another 10 seconds.      
  • Once the chocolate is almost completely melted take it out from the microwave and give a final stir.
  • Work with one pop at a time while coating with chocolate.    
  • With the help of spoon cover the marshmallows, twisting to coat marshmallow pops evenly.
  • For adding sprinkles to pops we have to sprinkle them on pops immediately after coating with chocolate.(I coated only 2 pops with sprinkles)    
  • Place chocolate coated and sprinkle coated pops on a lined baking tray,allow the chocolate to harden up before moving on to the next step.    
  • Place the baking tray in a fridge for 30 minutes.    
  • After 30 minutes or until dark chocolate has completely cooled down take the tray out of fridge and keep aside.
  • Now it's time to melt white chocolate.    
  • Add 50 gm chopped white chocolate in a clean microwave safe bowl.
  • Start the same way as we did for dark chocolate.Set temperature to 100*c and microwave chocolate for 10 seconds.    
  • Stir and microwave again for 10 seconds
  • Now take out the bowl out from microwave and give it a final stir.
  • Take a piping bag/Ziploc bag fill it with melted white chocolate.
  • With the help of a scissor cut the tip off the bag(make sure you only cut the very very little tip of the bag) and drizzled the melted chocolate over the marshmallow pops.  
  • Once you are done with the drizzle,transfer the tray again to fridge for 10-15 minutes to harden the white chocolate.
  • You can store these pops in an air-tight container for few days.
