Cut fish in equal sized square pieces. Wash and drain the fish fillets. Pat dry with kitchen or paper napkins.
Apply salt, pepper powder, garlic powder, and onion powder along with lemon juice to the fish and marinate them for 15-20 minutes.
In a wide bowl, beat eggs well and keep aside.
In another wide bowl, combine flour, herbs, creole seasoning, little salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a wide thick bottomed pan.
Dip fish in flour, shake off excess. Then dip in eggs and again in flour. Dip again eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry the fillets on medium heat till both sides are golden in color.
Remove them to a plate covered with paper napkins to drain excess oil.
Cut the rolls in half. Warm them in microwave or on hot griddle.
Place the cheese slice on one half of roll, too it with fish fillet and spoon little sauce on it. Cover with the other half of roll and serve immediately.
