Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 250 gram fresh methi leaves ( fenugreek)


  • 1cup green peas


  • 3 medium size roughly chopped onion


  • 3 medium size roughly chopped tomatoes


  • 1ench ginger


  • 16 garlic cloves


  • 3 green chilli


  • 300 gram fresh cubes size chopped paneer


  • 4 tbs butter


  • 1tbs turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tbs meet msala


  • 1tsp red chili powder


  • 1tbs salt ( as needed)


  • 1cup water ( as needed)


  • 6 tbs fresh amul creem

Directions

  • Firstly take a methi leaves remove her hard branches now properly wash and finally chopped it keep it a side now heat the wok with 1tbs butter then add paneer shallow fry it & keep it a side now heat the wok with 1tbs butter then add onion saute it becomes translucent then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chili, ginger some salt satue it becomes tendar now let's cool down then transfer the blender jar now blend it make a fine paste again heat the wok with 2tbs butter then add prepared paste satue it 5 to 8 min then on lower to medium flame now add cream, methi leaves, fried paneer, green peas some salt mix it nicely stir it few min then add as required water cover and cook for 5to to 8 min on lower flame now reduce the flame it's ready to serve it
