Take a sauce pan put 1 glass of water and bring it to boil.
Meanwhile in a bowl add ragi flour, 1/2 cup of water and make a paste without any lumlps.
When the water comes to a boil, add jaggery and ragi paste and stir continuously.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Finally add milk and mix well another cook for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
