1) Marinate chicken cubes in salt, vinegar, chilli flakes and ginger garlic paste for 2 hrs 2) Add cornflour and egg then mix well 3) Deep fry to golden crisped up, keep aside. Gravy: 1) In a pan put 1 tbsp butter, keep on flame 2) Add ginger and garlic saute add chillies and onion then add capsicum 3) Add sauces, cornflour mixture and salt 4) Add fried chicken cubes and mix, garnish with spring onions, serve hot
