  • Chicken 400 gm

  • Ginger,garlic and green chilly paste 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Onion 1

  • Fresh Coriander leaves 1 string

  • Gram flour 4 tbsp

  • Rice flour 1 tbsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

    Wash the chicken properly twice with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside

    Boil the chicken in pressure cooker with turmeric powder and salt. Wait for 4 whistle . Once it is done. Cool it. Open the lid and transfer the chicken to the plate. Keep aside.

    In a bowl. Add boiled chicken. Add all the masala.Green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, salt and garam masala, coriander leaves. well. Add little water and knead a smooth dough

    From the dough. Take small ball and make in a cutlet shape. Once it is done. Keep aside

    Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Shallow fry the cutlet batch wise. Till it become golden brown in colour. Repeat the same procedure . Once it is done.

    Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with ring onion and coriander leaves. Now it is Ready to serve.
