  • Chicken 400 gm

  • Ginger,garlic and green chilly paste 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Onion 1

  • Fresh Coriander leaves 1 string

  • Gram flour 4 tbsp

  • Rice flour 1 tbsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp


  • Wash the chicken properly twice with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside
  • Boil the chicken in pressure cooker with turmeric powder and salt. Wait for 4 whistle . Once it is done. Cool it. Open the lid and transfer the chicken to the plate. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl. Add boiled chicken. Add all the masala.Green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, salt and garam masala, coriander leaves. well. Add little water and knead a smooth dough
  • From the dough. Take small ball and make in a cutlet shape. Once it is done. Keep aside
  • Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Shallow fry the cutlet batch wise. Till it become golden brown in colour. Repeat the same procedure . Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with ring onion and coriander leaves. Now it is Ready to serve.
