Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup condensed milk


  • 1/2 cup milk powder


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 2 pinch ilaichi powder


  • 2 pinch edible green colour


  • 1/2 cup thin sevai


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • Fancy dry fruit (6 coloured balls and dry pineapple


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 15 toothpicks


  • 1 foot foil paper

Directions

  • Add oil in the flour mix well and with the help of some water knead a dough cover it and rest for 10 minutes
  • Now make a round shape roti cut it half to make cone ,make bow and ribbons, fill foil paper in the cones
  • Deep fry these cones on low medium flame
  • In a pan take half cup of sugar and 2 tbsp water make thick syrup wrap these fried cones in the sugar syrup
  • Now take another pan add 3 tbsp sugar some water and green colour make thick syrup wrap these sevai in the green syrup
  • Now heat up the condensed milk add milk powder and make a thick dough and add elaichi powder
  • Fix dry fruit ball in the toothpick make petals of milkpowder dough wrap around the ball and give the shape of flower
  • Fix dried pineapple in the other toothpick
  • Likewise set the sevai also, as fern and your edible bouquet will be ready to serve
