Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup boiled black chana


  • 3 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp black salt


  • 2 tsp red chili paste


  • 1 cup chopped coriander


  • 1/4 cup chopped mint


  • 2 green chili


  • 2 tsp black salt


  • 15 to 20 puris for panipuri


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • In a mixture jar add coriander , chopped green chili , mint and crush.
  • Take this chatni in a big bowl and add 2 cup water.
  • Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp black salt.
  • Put 1tbsp this coriander chatni aside for masala to fill inside.
  • In an another bowl add mashed potato , boiled chana , chopped onion , black salt and red chili paste.
  • Mix well Add 1 tbsp Coriander paste. Mix well.
  • Serve with puri , coriander pani.
