1)In a pan Heat oil,add Cumin seeds .Let it splutter.
Now add tomato puree.Saute for 2-3 minutes till it's raw smell vanishes.
Now add Boiled red kidney beans,salt.Mix well.Add beans stock.Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add fresh cream.Mix well.cook for 1 minute.Transfer in a bowl and slightly cool.
Add chilli powder,garam masala,Coriander powder.mix well.transfer to the same pan and cook for 1-2 minutes
Arrange Nachos in a serving plate.
Top them with red beans mixture and chopped tomatoes.
Drizzle green chutney,tamarind date chutney on Nachos.sprinkle Chaat masala and red chilli Powder on top.Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve Indo Mexican Chaat quickly.
