Ingredients

1 kg raw bananas
2 tsp turmeric pd
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
2 cups Oil for frying
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai
Peel the banana one at a time as they get discoloured
Mix salt, turmeric pd and water , keep aside
With the help of a slicer make thin chips directly in the wok one banana at a time when they turn a bit crisp add the water mixture a tsp fry till crisp
Remove on a kitchen paper tissue
Store in an airtight container
