Cut the chicken pieces in small size, then grind it till fine minced is ready .
Add salt, chaat masala, gg paste , green chillies, coriander leaves, onion , 1 egg , cornflour powder and soy sauce. Mix very well , then
keep a side .
Beat the other egg in a bowl add 2 tbsp water in it, whisk well then keep aside .
With the help of round cutter or glass cut the bread slices in round shape .
First apply the egg mixture on round shape bread slice, the spread the chicken minced mixture, after that spread the egg mixture again.
Ready all chicken Golden Coins.
Heat the oil and deep fry the Golden Coins from both sides on medium flame .
When it is Golden brown in colour take out on tissue paper .
Serve the chicken Golden Coins with tomato ketchup.
