Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 bowl socked chana dal 4 to 5 hours


  • 20 garlick cloves


  • 5 finaly chopped green chilli


  • 2ts ginger


  • 6 tbs finally chopped coriander leaves


  • 3/4 tbs asofodiya


  • 1tbs crosre bleand black pepper powder


  • 1tbs red chili powder ( as required)


  • 2tbs turmeric powder


  • 3 tbs salt


  • 2tbs oil


  • 4 glass water


  • 1 bowl wheat flour

Directions

  • Now in a bowl take a wheat flour half tb salt mix nicely now add some water knead it properly make a stuff dough rest for 20min keep it a side now take a socked dal wash and strain it now take a blender jar then add garlic cloves,chna dal add some little water now bleand it make a gradual paste now transfer the bowl then add given all ingredients ( left oil) mix it properly now take a thick bottomed pan gress with some oil then add water ,half tbs salt,now turn on the flame now take a medium portion of the dough make a ball shape then roll it medium size then stuff the prepared mixture now apple some water and seal the edges and lightly press it now drop in hot water for 25 min on lower flame now reduce the flame let's cool completely then remove the hot water and rinces it cold water now.cut in to desired shape and enjoy it any types of chutney or aalu tmater tari if you're chioses
  • Bleand the dal plz aviod excess water make a gradual and stuff mixture
