blend tomato onion, green chilli ,coriander leaves and egg together
cut bread into round shape
apply butter on bread
place bread on silicone mould
pour mixture of egg 1 it
grate cheese on it
micro it for 3 minutes
de mould and serve with tomato sauce
garnish with coriander
